1. Cold water.
    
2. One teaspoon of wool detergent with 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and 1 litre of warm water.
    
3. Clear household disinfectant.
    
4. Cavalier Bremworth carpet stain remover. Use only on dry carpet.
    
5. Chill with aerosol freezing agent or ice cubes in a plastic bag. Pick or scrape off gum.
    
6. Mix 1/3 cup white vinegar and 2/3 cup of water.
    
7. Warm water.
    
8. Nail polish remover (lanolin free).
    
9. Surgical alcohol.
    
10. Place absorbent paper over wax and apply hot iron to paper.
     
11. Vacuum clean.
     
12. Mineral turpentine.
     
13. Seek professional assistance.
     

For best removal results on all stains:

• Scoop up solids before cleaning
• Blot out as much liquid as possible using a clean white absorbent towel or sponge
• Clean with the correct cleaning agent from the spotting chart, or use woolclean
• Apply the cleaning agent on to clean towel – not directly on your carpet.
• Rinse with cold or lukewarm water
• Blot Dry with an absorbent towel, or use a cold air fan to complete drying.

Do Not Rub or Scrub your Wool Carpet as this can cause Permanent Pile Distortion.
